Few questions...
Looks like there is no option to withdrawal to my Aced player account?
Between PDC Poker and Carbon Poker; will either of these take less than 6-8 weeks for a check to be sent?

Atil, one of the several suggestions I have to improve PDC is to really expedite your withdtawal process. I've told you this for the last 6 months but I go through the same frustration every month so I might as well try again.
I received wires from your program for a couple of years until the service slowly degraded into an unbearable mess. I was receiving some payments 3-4 months after I earned the commissions and, at best, wires would arrive at the end of the following month.
I switched to player account payments after you started offering UseMyWallet as I saw that you always paid player accounts much faster and I was tired of the incompetent wire system. It is true that you usually pay out player accounts within the first 10 days of the following month but that is where the delays start.
You take, on average, 14 days to approve a digital UseMyWallet withdrawal! That is unacceptable and you are absolutely the only poker room that takes more than 24-48 hours for digital withdrawals. There are no checks to cut, no wires to send, only digital funds from your account. There is simply no excuse for you to do this to either affiliates or players. It's obvious that there is no real reason for these delays and you're just trying to hold on to everyone's money just a little bit longer for hopes that affiliates will dump the money at the tables instead.
You have been poised lately to really improve your position in the US market with the luck of having Sportsbook join you. Why do you insist on frustrating players and affiliates with ridiculous payout waiting times? The digital withdrawal method delays are particularly laughable. It takes me sending you 3-4 e-mails every month before it finally gets "approved" 2 weeks later. You really would create a lot of goodwill if you did one simple thing every month: pay people quickly, especially once you've already chosen to release it into their player accounts.
Between the $120,000 that "someone" owes to affiliates on Merge and your major problems with payouts it just gives the appearance that you don't have enough liquidity to run a professional network. As someone said in another thread, I want to be working with a network that can just pay $120,000 without blinking an eye simply to keep everyone happy and give themselves good press. Who cares whose fault it is? You really should have plenty of money to just keep things settled.
Sorry for the rant but I'm just tired of wasting time that I should be spending growing my business on getting payments from your program. Apologies are appreciated but why don't you just fix the problem so you don't have to? It's a win-win situation.

Not trying to take a go at ya Antil but PDC has been promising faster payouts since forever and it's always the same.Originally Posted by rizeagainst

That up there is nuts! Seth commented that the reason it takes you guys longer than other skins is because Merge handles the processing - have you or is it a possibility that you look into something else to speed things up. Is that an option for you guys?Carbon and UseMyWallet : Withdrawal requested 5/24/10
It is still pending approval on 6/03/10.
There does not appear to be any problem with UseMywallet.
Or tell Ian to hire a couple new people strictly to help with this problem![]()

It's already retarded to have to wait until towards the end of the month with alot of rooms. Waiting longer than that is completely unacceptable. There are two reasons why this happens ( I think they were stated before by someone also), or a combo of both.
1) The room has little to no capital
2) The room desires to hold money because money has a time value
Any complaining about the processor situation is bull. Some rooms pay on time no problems so that isn't an excuse.
