Aside from the United States and English being the number one country and language for online gaming, what comes thereafter? I'm more interested in language demographics, but of course country information is important as well.

Has any cardroom or casino released information that has a breakdown of customers by countries?

What languages have you guys found to be the garner the most signups?

If you had to rank languages for online gambling, what would it be?

Would the ranking be different for poker, casino, and sportsbetting than the rankings as a whole?

For strictly language I would have to assume Spanish is second to English by a wide margin over any other due to how many countries speak it or variations of it world wide right?

From the PTR link it appears to be Germany by an extremely wide margin, even with the other Spanish speaking nations added in.

However that could be skewed in that a large number of US residents may be searching in Spanish, thus still comprising part of the US count.
