Paradise poker via PAW - you can' t get a custom bonus code, but paradise has their own standard codes (like 4 different ones). I can promote those and still get the referal right?

Yeah - that shouldn't be a problem.

It's similar to Pokerstars in that respect. They just use the one standard code ...
