New poker room not paying players/affiliates!!!!

So there is a new poker room on the Merge Network called 365 bonitas poker.
I signed up 2 months ago to promote them.

I made some quick $$$ and wanted to cash out. I am waiting now for 1 week and nothing happens. I still haven't got my money.

Live support in the poker client - always offline
Email support - doesn't answer - I sent them at least 3 emails

I found out that they have a blog. Searched on it and found some affiliate email address. Contacted them though that address. Somebody answered within 24h that I will get my money in the next day. Since then 1 week passed and I still haven't got my money. Of course I sent at least 5 other emails to this address.

After some research I found the facebook of this company. There are many players complaining that they either have problems depositing or withdrawing. Actually a very small number who complained later said that he received the money.

On this facebook page the aff manager says that they have problems with the payments from Merge network and this is why they are delaying the payments. But even if this was true can't they just answer the emails?

So what should I do? The owe me quite a few $$$.

Don't think there is too much you can do besides keep trying to contact them and give them bad "press".

Thank goodness this wasn't another case of a room not paying. There is nothing worse than that.

I remember a few years ago I had sent close to fifteen thousand dollars in revenue to a new room called revolutionary poker?? I think?? Honestly I dont remember. Anyways, only through luck and extreme persistence did I get paid. Good to see this worked out.

Did someone of you already get paid by them for the last month?
I am a bit worried as they normally paid (with these icobros cards) in the second week, now the third is almost over and I am waiting for 2k and this month I am also at about the same.
Guillermo nor anyone else responds my emails.

If they do not pay could I do anything to get the money, for example contacting Merge?

I mailed lots of times, and did not receive any response.
i think this site (365bonitas) its a scam.
