visit Google PageRank Checker - Check Google page rank of any web pages

and do the same thing. Enter http://hyves.yourdomain.com and click submit. If it comes up with a 7 that means there's no penalty. If it comes up with a 4 there is a penalty on the PR. And a 0 showing after doing this means the site is banned in google.

Also, I made my first text really large and bold so people will hopefully catch this and not keep asking if it's still working.

I'm not trying to sound like a dick and I don't mean any disrespect but I really dislike when someone gets into a debate and later realize they were incorrect (or whatever happened) and then edit all of their posts with something like "edit brain yip". This really makes a thread hard to follow and the edited posts may have been beneficial to people reading the thread later. Just my thoughts.

Basically someone discovered a loophole in that if you checked the PR of any site with the subdomain "hyves" it would show you if you had a penalty, had no penalty or was banned from google.

I think this has changed now so that it no longer works.

The edited posts were benficial to no one so that's why they were edited.

That really doesn't make any sense at all but I'm not going to bother with it.

I checked 4flush, which I believe was the site mentioned in the 2nd post (Nat Arem's), and I believe still DOES have a PR penalty since I got smacked and turned in for selling links..

It comes up as a zero if I'm doing it right, but the site is NOT banned from google.

For discussions sake, I think the penalty 4flush has is a hand penalty. On PR update days the actual PR peaks through, the day after, or so, it disappears back to a white (not grey ..odd..) bar again.
