Most casino af programs will pay you out to qt/usemy wallet. Then from there you wire it to your bank. works pretty good, been using it for a few years

Note that you cannot open a usemywallet account , you need to get an invite from an online casino, so if you dont have one ask your favorite am to invite you for one.

Quicktender/usemywallet is very helpful. No excuse for programs not to offer it.

I have stayed away from Quicktender as I have heard many bad things in the past. Anyone here had any negative experiences with them?

Yes they charged me $30 to withdraw, and that gave me negative feelings :P. Also there's a big ole picture of a card on their site, but they don't offer a card.

Aside from that, I made a withdrawal yesterday, I'll letchya guys know how it goes.
