Just following Nat's post (and for clarity, I am with the same company that owns PokerBonuses.com), we are not associated in any way with these guys. We have, however, gotten confirmation that the duplicate content is being taken down immediately.

Also, CorryC hit the nail on the head, at least based on the information that we've been given. The UltimateBet.com domain name was not a part of the recent sale of UB.com and AbsolutePoker.com. I've been told that Paul Leggett will be posting a blog entry explaining more about the details of the sale in the coming days. I don't believe this has anything at all to do with affiliates, but rather with issues relating to the prior sale of that domain back in 2006.

This one I think I can answer. The company that's now CEREUS or whatever it's called purchased UltimateBet.com originally from another company back in 2006. So I'm sure they had some separate terms of that deal that may still be in effect now. So it may not be as simple to sell UltimateBet.com as it is the rest of their assets, which they almost certainly own outright.
