Noticed another Las Vegas guy trademarking lots of sports betting terms too

I'd be interested to know if this guy is also involved in lawsuits, and if so who is representing him

Lets just say it is a very tangled business web from the research I've done but they have found the right haven to pursue it if what I think could possibly be happening really is happening.

No - they are very litigious - or at least the attorney that acts for them is.

Wow, I can't believe someone is able to coin "MacPoker." That is ridiculous but then again, Donald Trump was able to coin "Your Fired."

Luckily for sane people around the world, the USPTO denied Trump from registering 'You're Fired'.

We filed our opposition to the trademark, but the process can take upwards of a year. I'll post when I have something significant to report.
