No big deal, no one who cares about civil liberties lives in this state anymore anyways. Sure this results in loss of 5 or 6 players at most.
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.

Not sure but if i had to make a betting line I'd probably start with something like this:

    5/1 Kentucky
    5/1 Louisiana
    6/1 Illinois
    9/1 California
    10/1 Missouri
    11/1 Oregon
    12/1 New York
    12/1 New Jersey
    13/1 Nevada
    14/1 Utah
    15/1 Wisconsin

Then smooth it out, add a field bet and juice.

They haven't disregarded, they've taken the view there are no applicable laws. In washington though their Supreme Court just ruled that there is definite, clear, constitutional sound law against playing Washington.

So, if they want a license in the US, they have to respect an unambiguous law.
