I was going to post something along the same lines but then thought that would give Bwin zero incentive to turn around its stance. Let's just tell them that we all promise to promote Bwin number one spot if they reverse terms. Then we can make sure we honor our word just like they do.

I think part of the problem is as well is the whole SportsBook issue. Some programs have terms that are similar to Bewinners or worse. And there are webmasters now claiming Bewinners is no worse than other sites thus taking way the stigma.

Some are indicating they support the retroactive removal - and the program can do as they want with new affiliates. ( I DISAGREE).

I am fighting tooth and nail against the terms in totality. With everything I got personally and will have a forum discussion up soon (few tech issues with host).

I want affiliates from all areas, Sportsbook, Poker, Casino ect ect.. I have tried to argue; well if your talking about sports book - then remove the 5% rule for everything but Sportsbook then.. but against that shafts Sportsbook affiiliates.

What i see happening now - after the calm (we were asked) is that they are working on revisions that simply may only remove the retroactive part.

I still will not support that at all ever! Since i cannot agree to the shafting of new affiliates.. some disagree of course.

Well see what happens but from the emails i get - the next round will be enormous should they come back with more gross term updates.

The absolute kicker is, that on some days, the following can (and will) happen...

    - a positive net hold, yet the commission is negative, meaning the new players won, the older ones lost, one example: net hold: 2.100€ --> commission MINUS 3€

    - a negative revshare, that is almost the entire negative net hold, example: net hold: minus 223€ --> revshare: minus 213€

To add fuel to the fire, with Bwin it is clear why older players are more on the losing side, because if they would be winners, they would have been limited already.

My overall revshare percentage now sits at 11%... - an awesome Saturday morning start...
