Default Attention: SWREG is a scam!

I'm not sure if some of you guys already heard of them. I now know they are complete scammers. I just did not google before I made a purchase.
Some vendors use it to sell software, ebooks or whatever. They look pretty serious.
I wanted to try this one (of course with money back guarantee).
The software is complete junk, it does not even install (never had that before, no message or whatever).
I sent several emails through several sources (their support ticket system) and never got a reply. Then I contacted Paypal and claimed my money back. They never responded.
Too bad that I did not use my credit card instead of Paypal. Then I had a slight chance that I can get it back.
My advice: Whatever you want to buy or sell online: stay away from these guys!

Did you file a dispute while logged into Paypal?
Paypal sides with the buyer most of the time in disputes.
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.

Yes I did and their first reaction was that they won't help me because it's not a physical product. However, I'll try to find a solution with them.

Generally you are SOL with PayPal when it comes to anything that is not physically deliverable. I have never seen them waiver with that at all.

Would always generally buy through clickbank for these kind of products unless they have insane reviews. Clickbank offers 60 day money back no questions asked.

It used to be when it was not a physically deliverable product "the seller" was SOL, buyer complained they then got their money back with the seller having no opportunity to defend against the charge-back.

I'm certainly not up to date on PayPal's policies now, but protecting the seller now that they dominate the market, kinda makes since. They've lightened there stances in man other areas as well.

Yep, usually it's the seller that's out of luck if the item isn't tangible.
    I write about:

That is 100% wrong. I bought a template and was told that non-tangible items are never refunded and that it needs to be dealt with by you and the seller.

This has happened on multiple occasions. This applies to all delivered items that were not as described. If your item was never delivered in the first place, you might have a case.

I'm aware of that that intangible assets are difficult to deal with. I'm more concerned about Paypal handling this properly with a known scammer on the seller side! This is a huge no go and I'm confident that I'm not the only one that complained. So it's not about the refund. They should collect evidence and ban such scammers from their services if they really want to act in the costumers favor.
