Concerning your question regarding the email, here it is, below:
"Hi XXX,
Unfortunately there has been a technical error with calculating your affiliate payments over the last 6 months. The issue is specifically with calculating player losses on our Caribbean Stud Poker game, which was introduced in May. The incorrect calculation means that you have been overpaid for any customers/players of yours that have been playing this game.
Please be assured that we have corrected the issue now so that any future payments will not be affected by this. However unfortunately we do need to un-comp what was overpaid and therefore this will be taken from your current balance and/or future payments. A total of $XX,XXX.XX was overpaid to you over this period and $XX,XXX has been removed from your PKR account.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue, if you have any more questions about this please let me know. Our Affiliate Manager is not in office at the moment, so I thought I would contact you directly."
I haven't disclosed personal data and the exact figures for obvious privacy reasons.
