I did order in Aug 2010. Paid a half upfront and she provided me some articles but few of them are still missing. Strange and i´m not the only one here..

A while ago while corresponding with PokerProp I decided to help out with this situation in the hopes that people could start getting paid back and allow Cathy to get back on her feet after an illness. We worked it out so that I would order content and the monies I would pay to those who were owed money. I decided to order enough content so that first off (the easy one) yeahfree2 (Jeffrey) could be paid in full and settled.

I spoke with Cathy and she has written me 12 great articles and I have received them all a couple of days ago. They were great quality and well worth the effort I put into this to help out :-)...

So yeahfree2 - I have your refund that Cathy owes you and will gladly send you the payment via PayPal plus fees so that your particular situation can be resolved and done with.. Just send me a PM whenever your ready to receive payment (as i cant reach u via pm or emails).

I know some other people are owed and I will do my best to maybe help out there as well - but for now at least I have helped get one person fully paid off. Hopefully other people will step up and also provide a helping hand to others and Cathy to resolve this for good.

I know from speaking with Cathy she does want to take care of this and hopefully come back and gain peoples trust over time.

no offense but that is just a cop out. GFPC it's great what you did but lets not pretend things have been sorted out.

yeahfree2 was owed nothing in comparison to what some others are owed. honestly what is $300 over a year or whatever it was, i would have written that off as a bad debt a long time ago.

if she wants to save face let her speak for herself she has a tongue and mouth. i personally know people who are going through cemo therapy and they are not bed ridden she is surely at least capable of writing at least one article per day if not more if she didn't use other people's money like a banking institution that she thinks she can pay back at any time IF AT ALL.

so Cathy are you going to be a selfish dog and think of yourself only or sort this shit out? you've only had like 10 years to think about it.

Pokeraussie, I happen to know she IS trying to sort this out but it will take time. When someone has started that climb back up a steep hill, the last thing they need is people at the top throwing rocks at them.

Lol at any moron who would ever buy something from her after this. It's really amazing that you would even put her "gaining back trust" as a possibility. If (when) someone gets scammed again, you deserve it.

just wanted to say thanks to pokerprop and GFPC for helping out on this, no money is owed to me anymore.

i just received my money for the articles that GFPC ordered and he got delivered from Cathy, and pokerprop has acted as the intermediary (hope it's the right word, i'm no native english person )

I'm sure yeah2free and MG appreciate your comments JD. No one is prepaying for work and Cathy desires to repay them. Sometimes in life shit happens, and it is what is and you can only work from where you're at. In poker so often the advice on a river situation is to have played the flop differently. While a good note for the future, you still have a river decision to make. In 2000 a lot of people lost their life savings investing with me, it wasn't intentional but I lost all their money. I also made some personal guarantees I regret that I was unable to make good on and it took me a good part of my life to pay back. At the time I made such guarantees I had no hint that my situation would change so much that I couldn't keep my word under the schedule I had originally put out. Shit happens. While perhaps your the type to throw stones and condemn someone for life, those comments provide no value to those who lost money, the member looking now to repay and others willing to help out a friend. If you want to warn not prepay this is valid, but in Steve's case here money was not sent to her direct and he helped make things right for one of the people effected, and I don't think he's at all a moron for doing this.

If anyone else is up for helping out I'll be happy to the middle the deals in such a way LadyHoldem and MG agree, as I believe she is now free to start chipping away at his repayment.
