Starting your business in the USA as an international entrepreneur

Hi Folks,

Let's say you are TheShortStack coming from England or Pokerprop coming from Canada (both chosen as random examples).

You arrive to Vegas on a tourist visa for 6 months. You happen to like the place and want to settle down long term. Your sites make you let's say 45K a month, but you don't have a work visa.

Is it possible to start your own company, create a visa for you and work for yourself indefinitely ?

I'm just a little confused about the entrepreneur way to citizenship. If an affiliate wanted to live in America and he was from Canada say, what would be the steps for him to settle down/get visa/get citizenship.

I am about to get my green card from a company and it seems I can start my own business afterwards. The company process I understand.

I'm in the corporate world right now with no immediate plans to start anything. But, yeah, as a general rule I agree.
