What can we do to make PAL better?

As you know I have been spending several hours, and investing to make PAL the best affiliate forum in our industry. I am actually quite proud of what we have done so far.

PAL has come a long way in a few short weeks. This is your chance to share your thoughts however. As I have always said, this is our community. Please share your thoughts on the good and the bad. (I will not be offended)

When I talk about about PAL to others in the industry every day, I tell them about our culture. Unlike any other affiliate forum, we are a group of affiliates and operators in the industry that are positive and truly help each other. Likewise this forum has stayed out of the industry drama for the most part. Like you guys, I just want to make money and send players!

With that though, I want this place to be built upon all of our ideas. So please share your thoughts and ideas so far on what we are doing well, and what we can improve.

Thanks guys, my wife thinks this place is my second family, so I might as well build it up to be amazing versus just let it grow.

Yes, I may be new here, But I have still learned alot from all you members, and I thank you for that. As Jeremy and Steve said, we just want to make this site, an all out, great place to be, whether you are a new comer, or a dinosaur to Affiliate Programs. So just post and give me more work to do.

Honestly, I'm amazed at the speed this community is growing, both in size and quality. The 'vibe' here is positive and encourages us to participate.

Just keep adding to the tools and information that will help us to grow in the biz.

Video introductions of the pokerrooms and casinos and their backends. Maybe you could have a 10 minute introduction of each room, with just the basic stuff of the room and their backend.

I'm wasting so much time setting up affiliate accounts and installing clients just to get a feel for how a room does things. I know that I'm not going to become an expert with 10 minutes of video, but it would be great if I could cut down on the times where I spend 1 hour with a room, just to realize that they are a bad fit for my site.

Maybe you could give them the possibility to upload 5 minutes of video about their recent promotions or something like that, just to keep things up to date.

is it just me or is this site down a ton. I mean I do virtually nothing but sit in front of the computer hitting refresh so maybe that is part of the problem, but still.

I just want to say that I think this place is great and I'm proud to be a part of it. I'm always amazed at the vision you have for things J, keep up the good work bro.

I would like to see if we could get an affiliate manager Q&A session on the radio show or maybe do a separate weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly show with AM's. Maybe you doing a monthly video spot would be nice too, just to chat about the major events of the month and maybe throw out a few good marketing tips.

Oh, and you need to send out a stimulus package to all PAL members obviously, and some medical benefits too

Medical benefits? What are those? That is one disadvantage of being an entrepreneur in the US. Outrageous medical costs!

Great ideas so far from all. The AM radio show was something we've already discussed, so I'll keep you posted on that. Please keep the ideas coming.

I think you are doing a great job already. One thing that may eventually become an issue is to have a set of rules for your moderators. Some threads have been closed a tad bit prematurely, and I think that has to do with a lack of direction. I think the point of a good forum is to discuss controversial issues, and though some issues will never die people will eventually get bored and stop writing about them, but when you lock a thread it makes people want to write about it that much more. I am not critisizing anything that has been done up until this point, I am just thinking more long term with this, as this is what ultimately became one of the biggest problems with another industry forum which we shall remain nameless.
