Looking for a mentor for a German casino website

I hope this is not OT in this area...
So I have decided to give the casino business a try, but since this is not really my domain, I thought someone would be interested in helping me out. Following the good post from PokerProp, I thought that it could be beneficial for both parties. So far I have not joined any affiliate program (expect for the poker programs who also offer casino). I'd of course be a subaffiliate of yours for any casinos you think would be good for the German market.
I run a few poker sites already, I am ok with basic SEO, would prefer to set the site up in Joomla because HTML is not for people of my age I guess .
I am prepared to work hard on that site and my success will be yours as well - all I need is a bit of tuition to get me headed in the right direction and avoid the beginners mistakes.
