Full Tilt was owned by crooks, most of the AM's were crooks, they have screwed everyone, and the shit will just get deeper.

No technicalities in the wording. If they pay most players and there is no major reports of no pays compiled and news about it you win. Meaning isolated incidents or scamming 3% of there players or w/e you still win. They however must be operational as "Full Tilt Poker" and someone (be it the DOJ, New Owners, Old Owners, Jesus Chris, Jesus Ferguson, or anyone else - has to pay off players owed money) *affiliates money not part of this bet - they don't have to pay affiliates for you to win*.

Max bet $150.00 per person due to potential insider betting. Max market of $2500.00
What's "most" players (given that I don't think we know exactly how many people FTP owes), and what about if payments are obviously in progress by 2-1 without incident but only a small % has been credited due to the logistics of paying out 300+m to god knows how many people?

If the payouts are being made "before" 1 February and they operational as "Full Tilt Poker" you win the bet. If there is a bunch of threads of people that haven't been paid - or there are news sites reporting the bad debts etc. then you lose. The current investor has an agreement until sometime in December - so set Feb 1 to be a fair date based on his hope of repaying and back online by January.

If you want a bet on 1 March 2012 instead I'll give for -130 (you risk $195 to win $150)

Bets like this are really difficult to to word all the details. I think the intent is clear - and I can answer more questions if would like. Its a friendly bet but if there was a technicality we could bring it to any major sports betting forum to decide the winner via a poll after each stating why we feel we won the bet.
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.

How anyone in their right mind would bet against you to begin with, is beyond me.

I like Props side of that bet regardless. I would of gladly paid $150 for FTP to come back and pay all the players. When they don't, then getting free money would be nice as well.
