Default lock poker issues; clicks tracked?

i am constantly getting errors when i try to log in at affiliates.lockpoker.com ( Notice: Memcache::connect(): Server 127.0.0.1 (tcp 11211, udp 0) failed with: Connection refused (111 ) etc... ) and i was wondering if i'm the only one , and if click troughs are still being tracked properly.

Shane does not respond to earlier stats issues i'm having already for 4 months, after asking more than just a couple of times. Besides from that i don't see him around or online on skype also for a while.

does somebody have a contact at lock poker that can respond to the question above and my other questions?
if so, please send me a PM

    thanks

Thanks guys, I've tried trough mail as well as skype already concerning stats issues but got no response for weeks already. Also not when he appears online in skype. I realize I'm just a small affiliate, but I find it not polite to get no response at all anymore.

Besides from that not being able to reach the stats for all of us I think it's good to have a statement if clicks are still being tracked or not, and what's going on.

    just checked, affiliates.lockpoker.com works again.
missing stats and earning from 2 days though, 2011-10-03 and 2011-10-04.

if anybody else is promoting lock, are you also missing stats on these days are do you have them?
i can see statistics of these days under the tab traffic, but they are missing under the tab earnings.

this is not the first time that this happens, and i'm trying to get an answer on this already for some months now. i guess since i'm alone in this i won't get priority (or response!) . i hope that i'm not alone in this, so action can be taken to improve their product.
