Request to Pokerstars to get additional trackers, and what they think about it

So I wrote an email to Stars on Dec. 23rd 2011:

Hi,
I am launching 3 new websites:

http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

and I need additional trackers for them, plus marketing codes attached to them as well

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your request. We do not see PokerStars listed in any of these sites.

Also please note that you can use your default tracker on these websites, and once you have referred a considerable number of real money players, we will gladly consider the option to create more trackers for you.

How can I add Pokerstars without getting trackers? Using any of the default trackers would mean that I would not be able to see where the signups actually come from.
Do you guys even know how affiliates work?

Yes it's a retarded joke. And yes they have no idea how an affiliate program should work. And yes they win best affiliate program every year at those awards in London.... Lol
