I just want my $400 in earnings from 4 or 5 months ago -- I told Shane I'd gladly blow it off in their casino if it meant that Lock even remotely could show some good faith towards affiliates not bringing in 100+ RMP's a month :P

Ive just spoken to my CEO, she has taken a personal interest in this now and is getting the payment sorted for you.

I think only Shane + the CEO work there. Seriously if they had more support staff for their affiliates they would be able to land a big affiliate site like PAS and handle all of us small time requests.

7+ days for me since I sent an email and I've sent 4 different skype messages during the past week.

Steve as per my PM you dont need the CEO's intervention you just need to contact support.

Jeff sorry for the delay I havent been at my computer much as both ICE and LAC conferences have been on this week and we have all been out at meetings etc. Again as per my earlier reply to you that player username you wanted to know was tracked to you isnt in our system so its either the wrong username or they are signed up elsewhere.

Thanks for answering mate - I think your referring to my PM to you 26 days ago. I did get that sorted with passwords.. I was referring to the stats you indicated the developers had to look into - I saw you were sending other affiliate issues to the CEO in this thread and figured I should also jump on to see if i can have my other issues sorted. I have had contact with her and were working on it.

I need to stay of forums when I have had no sleep thanks to being at affiliate conferences all week.

Just to recap so we have everyone sorted now.
