I'll never live it down! I might try to satellite my way in for the 953rd time since 2005 though.

I can't wait. Playing day in and day out in the best cash games ever last WSOP (my first) was easily my best poker experience. Nowhere else can you make 8 buy ins in a day without much issue. It was just a lot of fun as a whole. I could drink as much as I wanted while playing and everyone was so awful that it never mattered.

Hope this year is as good as last year was. Hope I can be away again this year too, dammit.

I think I'll be there for a week this year for sure, but I guess this is not the meetup thread is it.

I will play in the 7Stud H/L for sure. I may play a HORSE or O8 as well. The satellites are so easy for the non holdem games. I used to buy right in but after 2 or 3 satellites I can get most of the way there for 1/3 the price.
