FACEBOOK HELP - Need to contact an actual person

I need some urgent FACEBOOK HELP

If anyone know how to actually contact a real person at facebook that could fix a problem for me I would massively grateful

I'd got a problem that someone else tried to fix for me and has actually made the problem even worse, the help pages etc dont cover either problem ... hence getting into more of a fix

so if anyone has an email or a contact of someone at Facebook who can look at my account and use some common sense to fix a problem that has turned into a f*ckup

this is a profile / fan page name issue that my mate has made worse - that they could easily fix but none of the forms / copyright things would cover me (my mate) screwing myself up

I would be really grateful

PM is fine - anything to get me past the automatic / form / help stuff that this problem doesnt fit

dont mind if it means doing it through someone if its a trusted PAL member - I dont want to abuse a priviledged contact just to sort a one off problem
