    Default Ladbrokes---Whats happening???

    Hi
Had emails from Ladbrokes in January saying they were changing over to the Score affiliate program from Feb 1st

Tried to log into Score with my username/password from previous aff_man....It doesnt recognise it

If I log into previous aff_man..It only shows reports upto Jan 31st

I have emailed them numerous times with no reply

Anyone else had problems with the changeover??

Not much you can do but just wait. Their average response time to emails is around 1.7 Ladbrokes days, which to those of us with a standard calendar = 39 calendar days.
    GFPC and BishamonMedia like this.
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.

Unless you've changed your trackers to the new affiliate accounts (which they didnt give me details of) then none of your players are going track.

There are other recent complaints from affiliates about them here:

Ladbrokes Predatory, likely to go ROGUE unless changes are made.

Here's what I've noticed at Ladbrokes with the changeover.

Ladbrokes have changed to a new program
    It's now at https://affiliates.score-affiliates.com/login.asp

It did not do smoothly for me either - they changed our login - and did not email.
Sending email to affiliatequeries at ladbrokes.co.uk (listed on their new site as contact address - did get a result within a day)

No - you do NOT have to change trackers to get registrations to show up - the old system still works.
We've had six regs this month using old trackers - showing in the new system.
But if you want the impressions reporting and banner reporting you will need to change.
(However I imagine that this situation will not last forever)

Well that is good news. I'd heard otherwise from another affiliate but haven't received an e-mail back from affiliatequeries at ladbrokes.co.uk yet.

Considering how poorly this change was handled, just sounded right to me that the trackers would need to be updated.

I noticed that they put me in the default commission plan in the new affiliate system. Is that true for everyone else as well? I had a custom plan before.
