This is a fun topic so I am going to try and take a stab at it...
I would say these would be the largest rooms:
    Entraction- 24hPoker.com
    Boss- PokerHeaven.com
    MicroGaming- Unibet.com
    Merge- carbon

I feel good on my picks but Entraction was a total guess.... I feel like a life line in the game show " Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"

    That's a pretty tough question.
Entraction should be obvious: 24hPoker. But that's like Cake Poker at Cake Poker so I would'nt count that. Next one can be NoIQ Poker (although I'm sure they lost plenty of players after moving to Entraction) and Martins Poker.

Boss is way tougher but my guess is also Pokerheaven. But: Do you count Betting operators and big casinos as well? Bet-at-Home for instance is very, very big (in Europe) but not that strong in poker (Boss Media).

Micro and Merge I'd also say Unibet and Carbon.

Also interesting should be iPoker and Ongame if you ignore Titan and Bwin/PokerRoom.

I'd imagine CDPoker and VCPoker would be the next biggest on iPoker. Hollywood then Tower on ongame?
