I'm so far negative never going to come out. Prior to that was fine. the conversation led to having to stop promoting them, which sucks because liked them until that happened and it's like losing all players over one.

I was in the same boat for awhile with $xx,xxx in the negative but with MLB & Euro 2012 I managed to pluck myself out just 2 weeks ago. That $35 commission payment I received was the best payment all year.

Nice i just edited the post to include more. I have a good chunk of players, maybe someday those will offset, but for now can't promote them. I'm way in the make up to the point it's more than I ever earned lifetime with them.

Prop did you email your AM to ask if they would take that one player off your account?

They were willing to take his "future" action out only. His money was all won in the casino, thousands of dollars most days on and on and on everyday he's in the plus. When asking to reset the makeup and drop him it was put as one chance to drop him or keep him, but makeup wouldn't be reset. Figuring it makes no difference at this point if they won't reset the make up just kept him. He's since continued. I had tried to explain this killed our account but no help on the make up and had to just stop promoting them over casino losses.

I like the 5dimes affiliate program getting paid every week is cool but I would like it better if the commision was 25% instead of just 20%.

Prop I was in the same boat a few weeks ago but it only lasted for a couple days. I had a guy (long term loser) deposit $1400 and he turned it into $55k in 4 days mostly playing at the casino but then over the next 3 days he lost $47k of it back and now I think I'm only around $2k in the negative.

In the past I had a jackpot winner moved to a separate aff account, was my am's idea as they understood killing my desire to send further players over one lucky slot pull. That way I didn't lose the player if they turned out to be a whale (they cashed out and never played again).

This was not at 5D but is a good agreement to get in place when negotiating deals with operators IMO.

Note my agreement was related to lucky hits in the casino, not long term profitable punters or anything like that.

I was XXXX in the hole o 5 dimes for months and logged in last week to get a nice surprise that I was up $700 after Euro 2012.
