Spam Posts - Report Them

I've noticed people are commenting on spam rather than reporting them. We don't always see the spam posts right away or might not even be on to get to them. Although though the forum shows that a mod might be viewing something doesn't mean we are still here. I think there is a 2 - 3 hour delay before a user is logged out for being inactive. So yes there may be a couple of hours between the time spam has been posted and deleted. When you see spam please report it. Reporting the post is a lot more effective than commenting on it and will keep things running smoothly.

For those who don't know how to report a post please look at the image below. I have circled the icon. Click the icon and enter the reason you are reporting it. From there an email is sent to all mods and admins. The majority of us are signed into some sort of messenger service and we can get to it asap. Often I will come to delete and one of the guys has already removed the post, and thats within a few seconds of a post being reported.

Your wish is my command. Usually when you report a post, there are enough mods and admins online around the clock that spam or questionable posts are cleaned up within seconds of being reported.
