    Lightbulb Forum Upgrades/Cleanup/Re-design

    Hey guys and gals,

I've been reading through all the suggestions, ideas, and complaints about the forums. Been talking with Chris C. and he has given the go ahead to find out what YOU guys want to see, and make it happen. So please throw any ideas or recommendations you have. What you like, don't like etc -

It's time for PAL to get some much needed TLC, this is your community and this is your chance to make it what you want. Please post any ideas, or features you want and we'll try and make it happen!

    Thanks!

I really do not have any suggestions atm but I would love to see it get busy like it used to be a couple of years ago.
These days it is a ghost town with very few contributions from people. Not sure what to suggest but it for sure needs more traffic and people posting.

Is poker too narrow a focus these days?

Maybe a rebrand / expanded scope would help?

I think it is yes, and that will be shifting too at least for me. I have more interest in casino/sports/DFS than I do Poker. Plus there are other good markets we all dip into I think should be discussed. I don't know of ANY serious affiliate that just does Poker, or even just gambling. So I think it's appropriate to shift some focus.

FourCubed PAS Parent Company) does a lot of stuff outside of gaming, and so there is a lot of good information and opportunities that can be shared here I think.

Also, a big percentage of users visit this place mobile, and since that has been broke, that has frustrated a lot of people including me. Chris C said "fix it" when he understood what the issue was, so Tommy is going to make it happen.

Again my only interested is the smart people on here, and all the wealth of information. That is why I love doing interviews and videos. It helps everyone, and it's amazing that sometimes someone can mention something simple, that can make a huge difference.

Anyway, I want a cleaner and more organized forum, I doubt it will ever bet what it was a couple years ago, but it can be something new. As I said Jeremy is going to be pitching in helping fix the forums up and re-organize, so that should make it awesome.

@PlanetMark - What other forum sections/topics, etc would you like to see outside of Gaming? Would hearing information from like Showmoney, Jon Chow, or Neil Patel be more what you had in mind? I'm working on interviews with all of them at the moment. Schedules around the holidays have been an issue, but I LOVE speaking with super smart guys like that.

Agreed, the mobile stuff being messed up is part of that. So many people only go mobile, lots of traffic and people reading, just no many sharing. But also as mentioned above, the focus has been too narrow, we all have more interesting markets than poker.
