Problems downloading poker software

Just wonering if anyone has had players unable to download the pokersetup.exe files?

I've got quite a few having trouble with the new William Hill Poker site which is now ipoker, it's very stressful as i have a private game there in a few days and a lot can't download the software.

I've looked all over for a solution but can't find one that has worked, anyone experienced these problems before?

No error messages or firewall blocking harmful files such as "pup" which was mentioned somewhere else, it just fails!

Make sure you download the correct client too as they have William Hill Poker and William Hill Poker Club. Both are ipoker. I downloaded the wrong one last weekend and missed the $10 000 freeroll
