For those of you that work with them, would you recommend them? And if so, for both poker and casino or just the one?

Yes, Betfair is one of the most legit programs around.
Conversions wise I get a LOT more signups than depositors, so I'm not sure if there is some issue there - but the affiliate program and affiliate managers are easy to deal with.
