Newsletter Options?

Sorry this is probably a searchable subject but I'm feeling lazy on Sunday, what programs out there are best for adding an opt in newsletter to my sites?

Is there options within any of these programs to seperate mailing list by factors such as the site they opted in on as I have several different "types" of markets?

Do these programs come with mailing templates, etc? Any idea on prices or finding best value would also be appreciated.

I'm overdue on doing this, especially with the explosion of Twitter it might be less and less a factor but I'm looking to extract more value out of my traffic - and especially focusing on this + social media (rather than serps) for a new site we are launching soon.

Aweber is what I use now on a couple sites.
