    Default PDCAffiliates & CarbonPoker

They seemed to have updated their backend system at the beginning of this month. Since then, our earnings have said $0 and none of their e-mail addresses work.... support@pdcaffiliates, dean@, richard@, shane@.

Anyone else having issues with PDCAffiliates or know how to get into contact with them?

    Hi Padron ,
As Riyaz mentioned, Richard is no longer with us, all other email addresses work. PM me or email me directly.

There have been a few issues with the new move in regard to where your earnings. The number that shows zero at the top is your affiliate balance, not your income. If you drill into the reports your earnings will be in there.
    cheers

    Ian,

Do you know when LAST MONTH'S REFERRAL INCOME will show up?

In fact there is no referral income showing for the last several months.

    Thanks!

The tech guys have broken up for the Easter break, the data is all stored don't worry guys it will appear. We are just having a few teething problems with updating the feeds for the API which feed the affiliate reporting system all will hopefully be restored next week.
sorry for the inconvenience this is causing...

Hi Guys, just an update here. As you know we moved to a new platform on April 1st. This included us getting a whole load of new feeds into the Aff DB to give you more stats and a clearer picture of what is going on. Before we pay the aff earnings we do an audit to make sure everything is correct and in order. This audit showed there were some anomalies with the numbers. It would appear that one of the feeds for pdcpoker.com wasn't correct and that was rectified yesterday. This means that we needed to re-sync the DB. Hopefully this will be all cleared up today and payments can start to go out.
Once again I apologise for the delays in the payments - but I'm sure you would all have us get this correct now than spend the next month trying to figure out what you should have been paid!

Glad to hear you are still working on this - my stats seem wrong for Carbon still... unless both new players and repeat depositors micraculously decided just to put in money earlier this month without playing any hands for 4 days... will wait out this week while the general issues are fixed and then ask for a personal audit.

Carbon / PDC have always been great for me... real shame this particular project was handled in such an unprofessional manner. Thinking back to my days as a corporate PM, we would not have even considered taking down a legacy system before the new one had gone through a proper test cycle... especially with client data and especially especially at quarter end! In fact we would not even have considered considering it for that matter... ah well.

As I say, not singling out PDC since many other back ends have been through both transition and general issues... does seem to be an increasing lack of focus out there though.

Hopefully this lessons can be learned for all programs here - and the PM will be fired!

Will be in touch if my stats still look wrong next week.

    Cheers, Mark

Thanks for updating us Ian... I thought my numbers may have been a little off for last month in the updated system. Would you mind posting in this thread when payments have been sent out?
