Player Getting Screwed By BWIN / Pokerroom

I had a player that lost around $600 when pokerroom switched to BWIN and shut down. They did a cash out for $1000 USD, and only received a check for $800CDN. Does anyone know who you could contact about this? Anyone have a contact at BWIN?

Bwin sucks ass to deal with, their affiliate program is so primative they have to email you banners to use.

That is ridiculous. If you play with USD, you should be paid in USD, although I guess it goes to show how shitty the U.S. Dollar is.

That makes no sense. The US dollar is worth more than the CDN dollar unless this withdraw was done like 6 months ago.
