    Default All in one solution

I'm curious and need to pick the brains of the forum.

I'm a die hard PAS fanas a lot of you'll know, why? because they not only made offering rakeback stupidly easy but they actually offered a turn key service where I had a fully functioning website made, up and running in just a few minutes.

I know nothing about making websites what so ever (well i didn't but have picked up a few things in the last few months) so the fact that these guys just offered everything on a plate was unreal to me and I have been very happy ever since.

This is the site which they pretty much created for me: Free Poker Training Videos & Rake Back

Now lets fast forward to right this second. I'm going to keep working on this site and it is my main focus but I have another idea for a smaller site that I want to work on. The thing is that I don't want to offer rakeback on my new site, instead I would rather a CPA set up.

I have posted in the PAS forums to ask if they offer this but I'm not sure that they do. So in the event that they don't, I'm keen to hear peoples views on if there are similar alternatives and if so, which are the best?

    Regards

    Broker,

As you say you have picked up things during this processs, so why not try to pick up things even further.

Get something like dreamweaver, and a template and give it a go! You will get all the help you need from here if you get stuck at any point.

You can do it, i am sure that you can!

To clarify, are you wanting an a ready made website, similar to PAS but for CPA instead?

Yes that is exactly what I'm after.

I don't know if such a thing exists. Well there may be a niche in the market right there???

Is there an all in one affiliate program that has a CPA payment plan?

I'm not totally sure I understand what you're looking for - it sounds like you just need someone to design a website for you ... or am I missing something here?

If that's the case, can I suggest you look at Wordpress. It's totally free, incredibly easy to use and you can download pretty much an endless supply of designs and themes to change the look of your site.

You might also want to look at PokerAffiliateWorld (sub affiliate link available upon request!) who allow you to promote a number of poker rooms offering CPA deals from one login.

    Does that help at all?

    Yes it does help.

I'm looking at word press now and it looks a lot like blogger.com.

In an ideal world I was looking for a similar service to what PAS provide just with CPA instead of rakeback.

If you're unfamiliar with what they do, they build the site based on your needs, host it and have all the back door features up and running for no charge within a few minutes of signing up, it really is the most amazing thing I've ever seen.

But I'm looking into wordpress at the moment, not sure how to actually design a site but I'll give it a go this afternoon.

    Thanks.

To be honest mate, if you decide to go with Wordpress then you don't need to worry about designing a site. The design has already been done by someone else.

Having said all this though, if you're going to make a proper go of the whole affiliate thing, I'd really suggest learning some sort of basic HTML and CSS if only to help you make little tweaks to your site ...

i'd say get a copy of dreamweaver and start learning. It isn't too hard to learn how to make basic web pages, and the chances are you will have to learn one day anyway. If you want full control over seo and content then it's so useful to know the basics of html.

On the other hand , you could always hire someone to make you a basic web page (the digitalpoint forums are a good place to start looking).

Just a couple of teething problems so far...

I can't seem to change the title of the site that I've just made think I have to buy the premium stuff or simply start from scratch and build a new site. It comes up as Tagpoker's blog, and I guess I should of changed this at the beginning but I didn't realise this would end up a perminant fixture.

Also I have videos hosted on a server which I get a code for then I copy and paste this into my PAS site which then displays the video to views who can then stream or download it.

like so: NL50 6 max full tilt poker video

On Wordpress I copy and paste the same code in the 'new post' section and the results are just blank pages. I can't figure out why this is?

    Any ideas anyone?

Ok I have decided on my plan.

I'm going to start an e-blogger blog then when I have the content up that I want and have purchased a domain name I'll buy a pro blogger template.

Does anyone have any experience with this? is it easy to simply by an upgraded template and transfer your existing blog into the new format?
