This is a sick idea. I would definitely promote some rooms that did this.
PokerTrikz - The Free Poker Training Site.
A few rooms already do this, even tracked to you - but no US facing rooms.
I also contacted a few prepaid cards that are known to work about a possible affiliate program, they shut me down FAST.
I too would love to see this take off.

Eurolinx comes to mind, but I've never used them - they are "phoenix cards":
They really don't have any info on the website, but if you contact an AM they are available.
Can't say I've ever heard of one being actually used though, but again I think that is the fact they failed to properly market them.
There is a few other non US rooms doing this, slipping my mind though.

I also like this and have had the idea of adding this option to our room since christmass. I hope for it to be ready in the near future. It will have the option for the gift card to be sent via email and also come with a greeting message for the special ocation. Like those halmark email cards. It can also be sent to the purcasure and will be in a card form with a code on the back.

I thought Merge did the "Fonelinx" cards? Or is that just an online processor?
Fonelinx is a prepaid phone card that you sign up for and load up at Fonelinx.net.
According to Carbon Poker, they are no longer accepting that deposit method. Not certain if that is all across the Merge Network though.
That's news to me, http://www.carbonpoker.com/payments/fonelinx.html they seem to actually offer an incentive on it.
