PDC's New Live Stats Reporting

So I logged in to PDCAffiliates today to grab a couple banners and was pleasantly surprised to see a new feature, live reporting.

It now shows you your traffic coming through your links up to the second and details where your traffic came from, country, referring url, etc. Man I love this affiliate backend.... Nothings better than being a virtual pitboss!

Nice work Atil, Ian, and crew. Definetely earned the spotlight position this week.

Glad you like them guys -there is still a lot of tweaking to be done with this - I am going to have them build a dashboard to make the stats more useful, right now they are pretty raw- but I know lots of affiliates have been screaming for this for years in gaming programs.
I think this shows total transparency when it comes to tracking, I believe this should be as standard by any web business - it is in all other affiliate programs, especially non gaming..
Watch this space when it comes to tracking - we are also going to be implementing some new features that allow us to postback or feed you data when a player signs up, downloads, makes an initial deposit.
Our tracking works in such a way that every user that ever visits our site is given a token/ tracking ID whether they do anything or not. You can pass unique data through your tracking link after the / and we can marry the two together.

This will allow all you guys with good analytics / tracking on each page to optimize your keywords & traffic better and see what is really converting for you.

I can't give you any hard timeline on this but we are trialing at the moment...

But all the bells and whstles are useless when we cannot get paid.
Im still waiting for aprils earnings, which were showing as processed since the first week of may. and yet theres still no wire. And im not the only one most others i know are still waiting for there wires and checks from april.

Yep - this was my kneejerk reaction too.

We don't spend time working and promoting delinquent and overdue accounts. So all the bells and whistles at Carbon are going unused around our way.


Get the basics right guys - speedy contacts and prompt payments - before attempting to major in the "nice to have" features.

Still waiting on April wire here as well. I'm really not even considering giving this program any more attention until they resolve the payment issue. I realize that the affiliate managers aren't responsible for accounting but they need to communicate to management the fact that this is creating a major backlash with affiliates.

The good news is that I'm sure the powers that be who are in charge of payment processing for Carbon are reading this thread. This can sometimes be the power of forums for the people in the organizations who don't realize how serious certain issues are.

I requested a cheque at the beginning of May. Usually I get them in about 3-4 business days. It has been about 20.

Pretty neat seeing that live reporting and it tracking where your hits are coming from.
