today is the first time I ever remember getting my affiliate report but not the deposit. Is this normal?

every month we get an email with our previous months reports and a deposit into our aff cashier - got report, did not get deposit..

Yes, in the past they have arrived on the same day for me as well.

Today I received the report but I am still awaiting the deposit.

yah they sent report early but payment will be on july 15th.

I've been in touch with FT as the report I received via email didn't match the figures which were being displayed online.

This reply has just come back. I figured it might be useful to a few of you too:

We had some technical issues with our affiliates reports. Our team has been working on resolving the issue. the reports that have been sent out are not representing your current affiliate activity due to the technical issues.

As soon as the issue is resolved new reports are going to be sent out.

We are in the middle of a release. Updated reports will be sent out by the end of the week at the latest and we will be sending out affiliate payments early next week.
