Pokerstars - Time to Start Paying FPP's to ALL Players!

I am glad someone brought this up. I am very disappointed with the Revenue Share at Poker Stars.

They only send stats once a month and they show nothing of value except what each tracker is earning. Not knowing the bonus deductions, deposits or individual players stats makes it impossible to know how they are calculating and where my revenue is coming from.

My earnings are no where near what I would expect them to be compared to other poker rooms that I am on rev share.

They also have no official policy on switching affiliates back from Rev Share to CPA...

i am very confused. how on earth you can have REV share at Poker stars?
As far as i know they only offer CPA. I could not find any option for rev share, or am i missing something?

The reports not showing all the details I'm sure is meant to avoid affiliates paying rakeback (the same rakeback that some affiliates have the green light to give from Stars anyways).

Well im pretty sure there are ways around that. Back in the day when Poker.com and Carbon didnt have rakeback you were still able to see what the deposits were for that day, and any deductions for bonuses etc WITHOUT seeing any player details..

I dont care about the players username. What I do care about is that affiliates should know exactly whats coming off from their earnings and to not explain this when you move affiliates from cpa to rev is ridiculous. Maybe I'm opening up a can of worms here, but these numbers play a major role in our business. Assuming that it's ok to send someone a file and say well heres what the account has after all deductions...and this is your cut is silly. What deductions are made, I want to see so I can compare against sites like Full Tilt. What are the players depositing and the turnover..all of that matters. Why is it that every other poker room offers this info except Pokerstars? and why is it accepted that this is how it is and the affiliate managers ignore these questions ?

You are a major company, at the very least you should be providing the neccessary tools for your affiliates!

Imteaz you can check by looking at any .it xml files if you promote internationally.

They should also improve the INITIAL DEPOSIT BONUS or give something else to players who sign up - not really worth for a long term player to sign up there...


I am still waiting for a SOLID affiliate program to allow affiliates to offer a much more solid offer than the room itself (since we share in the bonus deduction anyways!)...I just don't get it!

If PokerStars doesn't give out partial FPPs in ring games that is really dumb... Can someone from PokerStars clear this up?

Can we start a new thread for revshare discussion? This thread is for complaining about FPP/Conversion rates, not Revshare and bonuses.

Nice hijack attempt though. If we are going to complain, let's at least have a focus...

I couldn't give a crap really about the FPP. Just change the system so we all get paid. Have a "deposit $20 and you receive CPA" type deal.

It should just be play 50 hands or something like that...the FPP is stupid.

What they should have really done is just done as PROMISED 3 YEARS AGO and gone MGR. Win-win for everyone.

Yes. And it's not just about us. It sucks that micro players can't earn the bonus in some sort of reasonable time. I know plenty of people that've played at Stars for 2-3 years at these levels...why don't they get rewarded for their loyalty?
