Default Question About Chip Leader Player List

Quick question, was checking out my player list at Chipleader backend and noticed "active" and then "closed" customer lists.

What does it mean when a player is listed as "closed"?

Looks like this is a real problem.

I looked over mine and flagged some of my larger players...and guess what - also some of them are CLOSED.

And today, when payments were received to my UB account - I was underpaid by about $1000. I am sure they are going to say it was "fraud" or "chargebacks" or something...but this is really upsetting because a few of these CLOSED accounts were large players for many many years now...I doubt they would be doing something after all these years at the site.

It is really upsetting to lose 20-30% of commissions without any indication of reason or stats about it in the backend...it is almost like playing COMMISSION ROULETTE.

Waiting to hear back from Danielle or Marcela...

Marcela has been alerted to this thread by Me and others - so hopefully we'll figure out what is up with it.

I'm genuinely suprised this thread hasn't gotten more attention honestly.....

Danielle got back to me and did indicate the amount I was off was chargebacks. I checked my player list and customer stats and it seems the amount of chargebacks is really close to the player's accounts that were closed over the last 2 months...

I don't get it though as some of these players have been playing at UB for months - I am sure if there was some type of chargeback it wasn't intentional, etc... why would a player who has been playing for years suddenly try to cheat UB?

In the end it costs us as it is taken out of our commissions and the player account is closed and no longer tagged to us - leaving us with losing the future commissions as well...

    Not good...

    Hi guys,

The accounts can look as closed for a variety of reasons.

If the player had multiple accounts CS will close them and leave him with the first one.

If they have been blacklisted because of fraud or chargebacks. Or if the player requested to have account closed.

We would have to look at each case to find out why.

Please let me know if you want to look at specific cases.

    Marcela,

I know there have been recent issues with certain payment providers, etc.. and a lot of rooms with these issues have had their software automatically indicate these players as "fraud" because it is all automated.

This shouldn't be the affiliate's loss...these accounts should not be closed, especially if they player has never had an issue before and they have a positive balance in their account, etc...

It is quite a pain to have to go through hundreds of players and find the accounts and indicate to you to investigate them...isn't there some better way?

I sent an email to Pete and Danielle to look into some specific accounts, but if I go back farther than June, there should be a whole lot more...

On a second note, the June payments deducted the bonuses as originally designed to (50% directly from commissions)...it was supposed to be retroactive June 1. How will that be addressed?

    Thanks!
