    Default $ per 1000 visitors

Hey, this is kinda vague and the answer probably depends. But say you have a website getting say, consitently 5000 visitors a day, all poker related traffic. How much money would an affiliate expect to make? I guess this depends on traffic source? IE search engine, word of mouth, website refferal. Also the sites you send them too and whether you are on PPS/Revshare. Say you did something like that for a year, what kinda of money would you expect to be making?

    Thanks,

Actually, it would be $7453.71 in January, then $9623.74 in every month except August. August you would make $4397.64.

    Default Come on...

Come on The Donk, the guy just wanted to know a true answer...don't blow him off...
Look, it won't be $0 but you can't really say. Not all traffic generate players that will earn you money...I assume you should get a nice figure and I guess as time goes by it will grow but no body can really be certain how much your site will make.
$0-$250,000 is right. Too bad it's not what you expected to hear.
I would love to hear some other remarks as well....would love to know the figures myself.

    Have a great day all.

Your revenue graph would probably look like this...depending on the "quality" of your traffic...that can determine, how long before the graph reaches it's peak!

It's not a vague question at all.

What is vague is asking what a site you don't own would make. The question though was:
"...say you have a website... How much money would an affiliate expect to make?"

We all have sites. If we had a typical site offering our own typical stuff, how much would 5k visitors a day be worth approximately? Simple question.

I would have expected easier answers, like "I value my visitors at a $1 each."

The problem is that the kind of traffic you attract converts differently. $$$ of 5000 visitors looking for freerolls vs 5000 looking for rakeback just doesn't compare. I can pay $25 a month to get 10000 visitors. I would value them at 0$. Traffic is simply not a good way to determine a value per visitor because it really depends on a lot of other, more important things. If you use the traffic well, 1000 visitors could be worth $500 a month. On the other hand, they could easilly be worth $0 a month. I'll tell you that many people have sites here that generates zero income at 1000 visits per month. Others do much better.
