Cake now pays weekly Rakeback

Dear Affiliate,
FYI - just got this email:

We'd like to inform you that the frequency of rakeback player payments will be changing. They will now be paid on a weekly basis rather than monthly. The weekly pay period will begin each Wednesday and end the following Tuesday at 23:59 PM GMT starting July 22nd. Payments will be credited to the player’s account within 48 hours of the end of the pay period.

Please note that your players will also receive a rakeback payment for the period of July 1st – July 21st at 23:59 PM GMT, by this Friday.

We have informed all rakeback players about this change, however to avoid any confusion please update your site. Affiliates' rakeback commissions will continue to be paid on a monthly basis.

We got the same email as well and talked to Shenaz about it today. Our AM at Power Poker also confirmed they will be paying RB weekly there as well. Affiliates will still be paid monthly though.

Its nice to see a program improve their product without affiliates/players having to make a big stink about it beforehand. A room just doing something thats beneficial to everyone (and not just them) seems somewhat odd these days. I shouldn't give them props too soon though, we might see some extra deductions because of this (j/k...I hope).
