I have been promoting them trough referback.com..Never had any problem with them and they(refeback) always pays on time.
They offer their players some nice value/added tournament almost each week, and freerolls for ipods or larger tournament sometimes.

Referback did just changed their aff backend and I do not have much experience with it yet..but before you could see stats in realtime for download, clicks, rake etc....
