What is this - my bonus code article kinda stolen?

It's nice that my marketing code is still intact. But what is going on here? Some kind of content scraper?

Looks like a cross between a social bookmarking site (Can't tell because the link isn't working when you click it) and a blog scraper. Either way they are only scraping like 50 words so I wouldn't be too concerned and there really isn't much of a way to stop it unless you try contacting the sites' owner.
