    Default Cake Poker Tracking?

Is anybody else having trouble with Cake this month?

I've had no clicks, apparently. Normally i average quite a few per day but this month i show impressions but no clicks.

Many threads were made about this about a year ago, I still see strange things in my stats here that just make me uncomfortable. Please chime in with your thoughts here on whether you think things are being tracked properly here.

Between their fee deductions and losing players to rakeback skins their revenue share program is pitiful. I have over 1,000 signups there and usually make between 200-400 per month. I won't even bother to see how their tracking is.

So far in 2010 almost $32,000 in player deposits has yielded an NGR (after deductions) of about $6500.

2009 about 45.5 k in deposites yielded an NGR of 14.5k

2008 39.5 k in deposits yielded an NGR of 24k

As you can see it's getting worse every year, and my only guess is more players are leaving for rakeback deals.

I don't think it's only rakeback deals, other rooms on the network are doing more to promote their skins and a better job of it.

Also - this is no longer the case but until a couple weeks ago Doyles Room had echecks for deposits and cashouts aka free cashouts. Cake banking has NOT improved at all and I still think this has something to do with it, but I'm only assuming skins like Doyles are taking more Cake traffic - I could be wrong. I never did well with Cake but Doyles seems to convert well for the little emphasis I put on them.

Can anyone tell me any good reason to promote Cake instead of other network skins? I see other rooms with sportsbooks, casinos, and better retention practices - so I guess I'm just missing why anyone chooses Cake at all these days.

July Cake numbers almost $7000 in deposits leading to a little over $1000 in NGR.

Yes, I made a thread in regards to this. It is awful. I was recommended to use Cake, but now wish I hadn't (hindsight is 20/20). Nothing good about this program, really.

    Doyles Room is great though.
