Your own Affiliate Panel Solution?

Hello PALs!

This is my first post here and I would be grateful to hear your feedback on this topic.

I am consulting a customer which has a demand for his own affiliate panel.

In the past I have been working with entry level software like iDev solutions, but my customer needs a full blown, industry standard solution. It should support 4 tiers and also several levels of admins.

Do you have any idea where to start looking for?
