User Photo Plugin for Wordpress

There are a few marketing blogs that I follow and try to get involved with. Most of them have 'guru' type authors and pretty clever people guest posting from time to time. We've talked about it before, but these guys really use their blogs as a community in place of a forum and it works well for them. They can control the conversation and keep their readers 'targeted' to one specific 'call' that day. One feature that helps them accomplish this (and one that I really like) is the photo app that sort of gives each commenter a presence and familiarity. Just an idea for those who have a blog and want to create a community without using a forum.
