Great post and great inputs - just what I needed as I recently went full-time.
One of my biggest concerns has been how to plan the day/week, so appreciate the suggestions.

I use aweber for all of my email marketing needs. I use HostGator for most of my hosting. I have all my domains registered at GoDaddy. I bet and like to promote BookMaker quite a bit.
I also use the Action Machine. My buddy here Hazo got me a copy (maybe he knew I needed it lol). I just take 10 minutes in the morning to plan out my day. I use 30 and 15 minute intervals to keep myself on track and not burned out. Obviously, some tasks take an hour but I try and split it up during the day.
@Randy - I'd say for affiliates checking emails and phone calls could be done 2x per day. For affiliate managers this should definitely be every hour.
What am I doing here right now?
I am the kind of person who always has to be checking the news. Rather than hitting stories here and there I just carve out 15 minutes before lunch and read whats happening. During the Celtics season this may increase to 30 lol!

What happens when sometimes you have one of those days in which you do not want to do anything? You know you see a task and think, not now. Do you switch or are you going to do that task anyway with the risk of losing quality?![]()
I'm surprised at how many people got into the AM world and decided to replicate their school days with such rigid timetables.
I got into this business and discovered freedom to choose when to do/not do things, having a timetable and an imaginary boss telling me when to work (if you enjoy the work you shouldn't need prompting) pretty much scares the hell out of me![]()
Sort of ex-rakeback affiliate.
Well nirva, at some level you are correct of course. But any work, any work, gets repetitive and stale and everyone needs a good kick in the ass or some guidelines once in a while. Of course you could try to switch things totally around when it becomes stale.![]()
