Full Tilt exchange rates issue

Not really took much notice of this before i must be honest, however, i have a couple of players not happy with their withdrawals. (I did tell them that they were lucky to be able to withdraw, unlike me who cannot win a carrot)


Any way the issues are that they are getting a rate of about $1.58 when depositing, however, withdrawals seem to be coming through at $1.65.

They are not so much groaning about tilt, however, trying to see if they can pin the blame on their own banks.

Any ideas guys? Is this Tilt making out of the rate or the banks or a bit of both?

Is there a way around the issue does anyone know?

Using Neteller for gambling transactions should solve that issue. Obv. they have to create a Neteller account in USD otherwise it will be the same problem there.

Neteller charges would be even worse, although i agree the rates would be constant.
