Not getting email notification when someone pm me

Sorry to post this issue here but I really need Jeremy/Mods to look into this. Since a few months, I'm not getting an email notification when someone pms me.


I posted this in Site Suggestions/Bugs section but seems no one noticed


Please look into this. I'm not logged into PAL for the whole day and therefore cannot reply instantly if someone pms me here. Being a service provider, it can leave a negative impact if you reply to the queries/pms so late.

Settings seem to be correct. And the email address is also correctly entered, still having problem

I had issues for the longest time as well and have checked to make sure my info was still correct.

I did get an email today in regards to a pm I received but it was about 2-3 hours after the fact.

If you guys are having problems like this send Jeremy a PM. He's usually pretty quick and on top of getting it fixed.

I've sent him a message to have him take a look at this thread and if anyone else is having these issues post here so he knows who's accounts he needs to work on.

I just received an email notification for a pm. Seems the issue is fixed now. Thanks!


Will let Jeremy know if the problem comes back again.

Yes please let me know if you guys are still having problems, the settings seem to be correct in the back end. Be sure their set right in your user cp. Also be sure to check your junk folder, my notifications were going there for a while.
