    Default Merge Network Payment Issues?

I have now been waiting over a month for a cashout that was approved on a merge skin and have been told that this is a problem with the network's check payment processor. Is anyone experiencing similar issues on Merge rooms? I have been told that they are currently processing at 4-6 weeks which seems completely unacceptable.

Same thing happened to me a couple months ago. Here is a little rant I made about it in another thread:

This is so true. They whore their low quality software out to anyone with a buck. There are quite a few garbage networks out there. Even Merge (great software though) is going down the gutter. We made a cashout from PDC and the guy originally said 4-6 weeks (after a week had already passed) and now he is saying 6-8 more weeks (took about 6 emails to get a straight answer from him) before the check is even sent (Canada to IL,USA).

I can't even wrap my head around a withdrawal taking 2-3 months. No wonder why its virtually impossible to get a player to stay there longer than a week. We even had to pay $15 for the check. They can throw $xxx, xxx worth of freerolls each month but they make players pay to receive their winnings? Fast cashouts retain players a thousand times better then any bonus, VIP program or freeroll ever could. I guess this turned into more of a personal rant against Carbon/PDC than networks in general but I couldn't help it. The affiliate team at Carbon is excellent though BTW...the room is the problem.

I requested a check on Aced September 2nd and recieved late last week (can't remember exact date).

Btw - what skin? PDC does bankwires, I'm about to do my first as soon as they pay this month.

This is and has been an issue for a few smaller networks for last few months I have noticed. It is very frustrating in the length of time these cashouts are taking and the length of time to find a solution to this problem.

Is this affiliate earnings, I guess I'm just not understanding why you aren't using the bankwire option or am I missing something?

I also just received Doyles Rooms last paper check payment took exactly 6 weeks. I guess it's kind of the standard for small networks is 4-6 weeks.

I have been using bank wires with Carbon for the past couple months and haven't had a problem but I have never had a paper check though.

I am not sure if everyone has the option of receiving a bank wire from Merge. I know some of the other smaller networks like to keep those to a minimum; especially the ones going into the US. On the other hand, players request these all the time as well so it's a possibility that their moving in that direction more. Moneybookers is great, but again not that great of an option for US affiliates. Six weeks is pretty normal right now. Honestly, there are a lot of issues going on with payment processors being extra cautious and it's just taking a while to get paid. I'm sure the programs and affiliate managers in particular are aggravated as well. We said this on the radio show last week, the industry lives and dies by payment processing.

First off, I am not in the US so why should I be affected by problems facing issues paying to Americans. These should be handled through separate channels. I am not experiencing any problem with any other sites / networks other than Merge. The company I am promoting does not offer wire transfers unfortunately. 6 weeks to process a check should never be considered "normal". I can understand these issues affecting Americans given the legal problems etc. but these companies should not let these issues spread to their non-US customers, no excuses.
