Default PAW / POKERSTARS - What is going on?

Just curious as to what is going on with this?

I just got a signup to PokerStars in my PAW account - I thought this was already dealt with, etc...

I don't see my PAW trackers on the Poker Stars end...not sure if they were ever migrated...even though I sent emails to both parties.

Didn't see my PMP signups migrated over to Stars either.

Does anyone truly know what happened / what is happening with this?

Also when are PAW planning on paying affiliates?

Same thing for me. I sent them an e-mail last month with my PokerStars affiliate account, but this month I've had a conversion through PAW and none through PokerStars. It sounds like the players haven't been moved yet, but at least I'm still seeing conversions.

I talked to Carly on Thursday and she said the players will be transfered to our direct accounts next week. As far as payments go I'm not sure. I'm really hoping our statements get sent out on Monday so that I'll receive the wire by Wednesday. I can't really fathom what would have warranted a 3 week delay.

What makes me slightly angry is the total lack of communication from both sides here. A lot of affiliates have money owed from August still and even more affiliates have questions related to their trackers. If either PAW or Stars could just post an update here on the forum it would probably save them a whole lot of emails to affiliates.

All these sites FAIL with lack of communication.

Are they just TRYING to push affiliates away?

I mean - don't they understand that we absolutely HATE lack of communication???

    Default For what it's worth.......

I just contacted PAW regarding an affiliate manager and was responded to within a few hours. So my assumtion is they're just dodging the Poker Stars issues. Which to me is total bullshit. I have nothing to do with Poker Stars through PAW, but I can't stand the communication shit with issues like that either.

PStars is shitting all over us. They need to get their affiliate team in shape. Full Tilt is looking better every day.

    Hi,

We haven't moved the players over yet, but will be doing so very soon. If players are qualifying now, there is nothing to worry about as the only players that will remain on the PAW account are those that have been paid for before.

There are many affiliates who still have not given us the correct information. Just to reiterate what we need:

    - your old PAW account details
    - your PokerStarsPartners.com application
    - email from Mitchell confirming that you are indeed the account holder

As it stands now, there are loads of affiliates who are signing up and saying, yes, pawsubxxx belongs to him. Obviously we want to verify that this is indeed the case.

I will keep you updated as to when and what is happening.

    Thanks,
    Carly

    Carly,

Any ideas at all about a possible timeline for our August payments? A delay is understandable but why doesn't anyone at least communicate with us? Its extremely frustrating to be left in the dark. Even if you don't know when the payments will be made, it would be nice to hear the issue addressed in some way, shape or form.
